I would say this is one of my leanest yet most muscular condition since 2017 December. Yup, back then I was still a little bigger than now.

Weight: 81.5kg
.
Height: 179cm
.
BF: Close to 7%
.
Goal: Achieving the Impossible 👉 Get Ripped with max muscle mass. Goal accomplished!
.
Calorie intake: Avg 2500+ kcal since Feb 2019 (some short break along the way)
.
Diet: Time restricted + High Protein with lots of greens + Flexible at 60% Clean (40% not so) + CICO (because no diet will work without CICO)
.
Supplements: Whey, Pre-Workout, Creatine & Fish oil
.
Drugs: No. Paracetamol or Antihistamine count?
.

What's next? Gonna take a break and forget about looking good for awhile. Gonna cut my hair short and travel to egypt for 2 weeks for some personal discovery. Dont worry, I will keep posting contents to make you fit & sexy. ;)
